About the course
📅 When & Where: September 16th – October 21st, 2025 Tuesdays, 9:30am – 10:30am (UK time) Live on Zoom – yes, you can wear pyjamas. Unmasking with ADHD is a 6-week group coaching programme designed to help ADHDers gently peel back the layers of masking they’ve learned to survive in a world not built for their brains. Across six live Zoom sessions, we’ll explore what masking really looks like in day-to-day life, why we do it, and how it impacts our energy, confidence, and relationships. Together in a small, supportive group, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your authentic self and learn practical tools for setting boundaries, building safer spaces, and navigating life without the constant pressure to "perform" as neuro-compliant. Each week combines guided discussions, practical exercises, and reflective prompts to help you uncover patterns, challenge old stories, and experiment with unmasking at your own pace. This isn’t about throwing away your coping strategies overnight—it’s about compassionately reconnecting with who you really are, in a space where you’re fully understood, fully accepted, and free to show up exactly as yourself. 🎥 Can’t make a session? No stress. Every call is recorded so you can catch up on your own time (rewind, pause, throw popcorn at the screen… we won’t judge).
