About the course

This course is your invitation to rethink everything you’ve been told about self-care—especially if you’re neurodivergent, chronically overwhelmed, or recovering from burnout (hello, trauma nervous system!). We’ll explore how your brain and body respond to stress, sensory input, and everyday demands, and why the usual advice often misses the mark.  You’ll learn to map your own needs, build a care toolkit that works with your wiring, and finally understand why some days feel impossible—and what to do about it. With warmth, humour, and zero judgment, we’ll guide you through tools for nervous system regulation, boundaries, rest, play, and energy management. And yes, there are handouts. And no, we will not be telling you to drink more water unless that’s actually your jam.

We Asked. They Spoke. We Blushed a Bit.

This isn’t just theory—it’s transformation. Here’s what our fellow neurodivergent travellers had to say.

“Finally, a self-care course that doesn’t make me feel worse about not meditating. I laughed, I cried, I built a toolkit that actually makes sense for my brain.”
Mira

Autistic mum of two & self-confessed plate-spinner

If I’d had this five years ago, I might’ve dodged burnout altogether. It’s like getting a permission slip to rest—with a side of science and sass.”
Theo

Teacher and ADHD brain

The larder metaphor alone changed everything. I now check my batteries before I commit to anything—and I’ve stopped saying yes when I mean ‘dear god no.’”
Jodie

AuDHD, loves trampolines, hates socks
